So I've signed up for a 7 week team challenge sponsored by the sisterhood of the shrinking jeans (shrinkingjeans.net). We were put on team to encourage each other. I had to disclose my weight publicly 257 lbs! Wow I never tell anyone that but I'm confident that I won't be at that number much longer.
Tomorrow is my birthday so I plan to really get started on Saturday. Tomorrows post will have my long and short term goals and plans.
